We've already seen churches do amazing things when the Torch has come their way. Now the Games themselves get ever closer.
Whatever you are planning, be sure to register your event to get it on the map - go to www.morethangold.org.uk/map
Meanwhile here's news of the latest resources to help you and your church make the most of the Games.
Keep working. Keep praying.
Thank you.

Get your events on the map
WHATEVER YOU are planning for the Games, be sure to get it on our interactive map. Just go to www.morethangold.org.uk/map
We'll also use your information to make your event known - including to the media. And we'll link it to LOGOG's Local Leaders.
You can use the map yourself to see what else is happening in your neck of the woods.
It is also a big thank you to Graham Crosbie who made the map possible as a volunteer. We'd be lost without great people like him.
Still time to sort your Games festival event
IT IS NOT too late for your church to make an event of the opening night, middle Saturday or the great closing ceremony.
And just out is a new website, with all a church needs to start from scratch and be ready in time. It gives you free access to five videos showing effective community festivals in action.
For a small charge of £12, other resources can be downloaded including practical guides on publicity and how to run games. Plus a step-by-step guide to being ready in time.
Access the resources by clicking on www.2012.fusionyac.org
Put Chariots of Fire to work and maybe walk the red carpet
IN TOUCH WITH people not ready for Alpha but still ready to talk? Then the re-release of the award winning Chariots of Fire is an ideal answer - with free resources available to smooth the way.
It's all so easy. Invite a group to watch the film together after its release on 13th July. Then use the free resources from Damaris to fuel discussion on the film's powerful themes.
There's a leaders guide and even clips from the film to help with the exploration of themes like passion, dedication and trust.
Build Chariots of Fire into your outreach and you could even win tickets for the star-studded premier. For all you need go to www.damaris.org/chariots-church
