Athlete Family Homestay
Host an Athlete’s Family
During the 2012 games the cost of hotel accommodation will be astronomical.
That’s where you can play your part. By providing hospitality in your own home so athlete’s ‘support family’ (family members, team officials, personal coach, friends critical to their support) can –
- Afford to be there – through the gift accommodation and hospitality
- Make the most of their experience – benefiting from the help of a caring host family
More Than Gold’s Athlete Family Homestay Programme has been granted the prestigious Inspire mark by the London 2012 Inspire programme. This recognises innovative and exceptional projects directly inspired by the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
